Series notes:

I had a most vivid dream eight years ago and in it, I had been driving in the woods on an unmarked road and knew that I had come to the edge, the edge of the world ( I know...remember this is a dream). While I sat in my car, gazing into the darkness among the forest of tall trees, and immense sky, I saw orbs of light coming down towards me. I had a sense these orbs were great energy masses like the cosmos in the sky.

From this dream I began to paint the orbs I had seen. I varied my approach, at times I painted them white and others I painted with layers of colors. I built up the paint and added texture to create depth and dimension, even tinting the canvas or priming it with a dark color.
